Pregnancy + New Mama is a clean, comprehensive pre + postnatal supplement designed to support both you and your baby throughout pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding.
It contains high-quality, bioavailable nutrients your body can actually absorb to support energy, your recovery and baby’s healthy development.
How do I use Pregnancy & New Mama?
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules daily with water, ideally in the morning with food. The jar contains 60 capsules, providing 30 daily doses to see you through the month.
Take this product daily throughout pregnancy. We also recommend continuing for a minimum of 6 months after birth to support postnatal recovery.
If you are breastfeeding, continue taking it throughout breastfeeding and for 6 months after you stop, to help replenish key nutrients for both you and your baby.

The capsules are made from HPMC, which is derived from plants and is tasteless & odourless.
We also know that especially in early pregnancy, the smell of a supplement alone can cause nausea – so we scented our capsules with peppermint to make it easier to take every day.

How do I store my capsules?
We’d recommend storing your capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
