How do I use Night Reset?
The recommended daily dose of Rheal Night Reset is 3 capsules, taken in the evening. The capsules are best taken with water, and you can take them with or without food.
The jar contains 90 capsules, providing 30 daily doses to see you through the month.
What is the best time to take it?
We recommend taking Night Reset 1–2 hours before bedtime.

What form of saffron does this supplement use?
