How do I use Brain+ ?

The recommended daily dose of Rheal Brain+ is 2 capsules.

The jar contains 60 capsules, providing 30 daily doses to see you through the month.

Your daily dose is best taken in the morning with water, we also recommend taking it with food for optimal absorption.

Can I take it any time of day?

Brain+ is best taken in the morning or earlier in the day to support cognition, focus and mood during waking hours.

Some ingredients – including B vitamins, choline, bacopa and ginkgo – may feel stimulating for certain individuals, so we don’t recommend taking it in the evening or close to bedtime.

If you’re looking for night-time support, Night Reset may be a better fit.

Should I take Brain+ every day, or only when needed?

For most people, daily use is recommended, as many of the ingredients work best when taken consistently over time.

Brain+ has been formulated with carefully selected ingredients and dosages suitable for safe, long-term daily use when taken as directed.

How does CognizinĀ® (citicoline) support brain function?

CognizinĀ® is a branded, researched form of citicoline that provides nutritional support for brain energy, mental performance and cognitive function.

Rather than stimulating the nervous system, citicoline supports normal brain metabolism. This is why its effects are typically described as steady and sustained, without the peaks or crashes associated with caffeine or stimulants.

What does choline do in the brain?

Choline supports the structure and function of brain cells and plays a key role in communication between neurons.

Although the body can produce small amounts of choline, requirements can increase with age, stress and mental demand, making dietary or supplemental sources beneficial for some people.

Why does Brain+ contain B vitamins?

B vitamins support brain function, energy metabolism and nervous system health, and work best when taken together due to their synergistic roles.

Brain+ includes active, bioavailable forms of B vitamins, such as methylfolate (B9) and methylcobalamin (B12), chosen to support effective absorption and utilisation.

Because B vitamins are water-soluble, excess amounts are naturally excreted. A brighter yellow urine colour can occur and is completely normal and harmless.
