Rheal Hydration FAQsUpdated 2 hours ago

What is Rheal Hydration?

Rheal Hydration is your daily ritual for optimal hydration. It’s formulated with natural electrolytes from Pink Himalayan Salt, Coconut Water and Sea Minerals from Aquamin, plus Vitamins C, D3 & K2 to support hydration, energy, muscle & bone health, focus, and cognitive function – for everyday life, not just workouts.

When should I take Rheal Hydration?

You can take Rheal Hydration at any time of day. Many people enjoy it first thing in the morning, during the workday or around exercise. Consistent daily use is recommended.

How do I use Rheal Hydration?

We recommend mixing one sachet with 500ml of water. Give it a good shake or stir until fully dissolved, and then it’s ready to enjoy. We recommend cold water for the best taste and optimal hydration.

Can I take Rheal Hydration every day?

Yes. Rheal Hydration is designed for safe, everyday use as part of your daily routine.

What is the recommended daily serving?

We would recommend having 1-3 sachets per day for effective hydration – this is also outlined on the packaging if you ever need a reminder whilst on the go. The amount needed can also be determined by the level of physical activity per day so, as long as you don’t exceed 3 sachets, you can take whatever works for you.

Can I use it alongside the other Rheal products?

Yes, you are fine to enjoy Rheal Hydration alongside any of our other products. Our Hydration products are the perfect addition to your superfood routine, to help you hydrate, energise and replenish.

Can I add Rheal Hydration to hot drinks?

Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend you add your electrolytes to hot drinks as heat can change taste, make some vitamins less effective, and cause natural flavours or sweeteners to break down. They’re formulated to dissolve and perform best in cold or room‑temperature water, which also supports faster hydration.

Can I add Rheal Hydration to recipes/cooking?

Rheal Hydration is designed to be mixed with water and enjoyed as a drink, and we recommend using it this way to get the best taste and experience. While it’s not intended for cooking or baking, some customers like to get creative by adding it to cold recipes such as smoothies or ice lollies. We wouldn’t recommend using it in heated recipes, as heat may affect the ingredients.

Is it safe for children/teens?

Electrolytes are generally suitable for adults and teenagers, though individual needs can vary, so we’d always encourage parents or guardians of teens/children to use their own judgement. If there are any dietary concerns, individual sensitivities, or medical conditions, we’d recommend seeking guidance from a GP or healthcare professional before use.
