Rheal Shots FAQs

How many shots can I drink in a day?

Each Rheal Shot flavour is ideal for daily dosing, so we’d recommend one shot per flavour per day (if you would like to mix and match!)

Can I use the shots together with the Rheal Superfood blends?

Yes. Our shots were created to provide a convenient daily dose of goodness, which you can enjoy on-the-go. You can still enjoy your daily Rheal Superfoods as normal, and can mix and match our blends with the shots too - whatever works best for your daily routine.

Do the shots contain anything artificial?

Our shots do not contain any preservatives, flavourings, colours or added sugars - only cold-pressed juices, superfood ingredients and a little agave.

Do I store my shots in the fridge?

Whilst our shots can be stored at room temperature, we recommend storing them in your fridge to enjoy chilled! If you can’t fit the full box in the fridge, just add a few shots at a time and keep them topped up.

What does cold-pressed mean?

Cold pressing is the method we use to extract the juices and maximum goodness from the fruit & veggies used in our shots.

We are proud to only use cold-pressed juices in our shots - with no juices from concentrate.

How are the shots processed? 

After cold pressing our fruits & veggies we blend the juices together with our superfood ingredients. We then gently heat the shots at low temperatures to reduce microbial growth and prolong shelf life, whilst retaining the nutritional goodness. 

Why is there sediment at the bottom of the bottle?

Rheal Shots are a blend of powdered superfoods and cold pressed juices - nothing else.

As we do not add any stabilisers, some of these ingredients will naturally settle at the bottom of the bottle. Just shake it & shot it!

Can I drink Rheal Shots when pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding and have any concerns about introducing new foods into your diet, please consult with a healthcare professional to decide the best next steps. 

For pregnant women who are avoiding caffeine, we would not recommend Blueberry Beets as this flavour contains a natural source of caffeine from Guarana (68mg per shot). 

Can children drink Rheal Shots?

Our Ginger Zing, Berry Biotic and Super Greens shots are safe for children to enjoy and contain a great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre to help support overall children’s health.

We would not recommend Blueberry Beets for children - as this flavour contains caffeine.

I am taking medication, can I have Rheal Shots?

Our shots are made with only natural, cold-pressed fruit & veggies and added superfood ingredients. However, we would always advise checking with a healthcare professional that they are safe to enjoy if you are taking any prescribed medications.
