If you have received email confirmation that your order has already been processed, we are unfortunately not able to cancel the order or make any changes.

We require at least one business day's notice to cancel, and we send a reminder email 5 days in advance to notify you of your upcoming order. You are welcome to return your order to us within 30 days if you’d like a refund.
