You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Once your order is with the courier our team cannot provide any further details, so please keep an eye on your tracking for updates.
You can use the couriers' dedicated apps to update your delivery preferences, and to receive "in flight" notifications about your deliveries.
Please note: There can be a delay from the order being shipped, to the tracking link being updated by the courier. This generally is nothing of concern and means your parcel is making its way to the main sorting hub. Your tracking link may also take a little longer to update during Bank Holidays or peak delivery periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas.
If 48 hours have passed with no updates, please contact our team. They will be able to reach out to the courier for their assistance.
