How can I return my order?Updated 6 months ago

We are happy to accept returns for unopened items within 30 days from purchase.

You can return your order directly within our returns portal here. This is a fully tracked service and you can return via your local Post Office or choose to have your order collected, from your home or safe place. The cost of this service is £5, which will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. Please note that a returns label is required for each box being returned.


Alternatively, you can return your order to us with your courier of choice. Please send your parcel back to us and include your name & order number inside.

We'd recommend getting a tracked delivery service just in case there are any issues with the courier. We don’t provide prepaid returns labels, so this cost must be covered by the customer.
