There can be a delay from the order being shipped, to the tracking link being updated by the courier. This generally is nothing of concern and means your parcel is making its way to the main sorting hub.
Your tracking link may also take a little longer to update during Bank Holidays or peak delivery periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas.
If 48 hours have passed with no updates, please contact our team. They will be able to reach out to the courier for their assistance.
