Can I send my parcel to an InPost Locker or Pickup Shop?Updated 4 hours ago
Sorry, no. Your chosen delivery address must be an address linked to you personally - such as home, work or family.
InPost/Pickup services require a specific postage label, which we do not use. Without this label, the receiving Shop/Locker can't accept the parcel. You also sadly would not be covered for a refund or replacement if the parcel becomes lost.
Couriers in some areas may offer these services to you once they have your parcel. This is absolutely fine, as they will make all necessary arrangements on their end.
