Can I pause my subscription?Updated 2 hours ago

We aren’t able to pause your orders indefinitely. However, our subscriptions are very flexible, so you can skip your order or take a little break whenever you need to. 

To skip your next order, simply select Skip from your subscription dashboard and choose the option that works best for you from the pop-up menu. 

To delay your next order until a date that suits you better, select Next Order Date from your dashboard, choose your preferred date from the calendar, and click Confirm. 

Once you have confirmed your changes, your dashboard will display your chosen next order date. 

We’ll also send a reminder email 3 days before we process your order, so you can skip/delay again if needed.
